Buzzy Bees Flower Trail

The beauty of flowers, a wonder to look at, but what’s really going on? Act like a bee, get close and find out for yourselves.

Aimed at children from 6 to 11, all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Restoration Project Walk

Andy Phillips, Nature Reserves Officer, will lead a circular walk and show us how work done in recent years - not least by the Highland cattle and Exmoor ponies - is helping to restore acid grassland and heathland. Andy will reveal how this form of management, combined with wildlife orientated arable farming and other measures, greatly benefit a variety of species within the Reserve, some rare and extraordinary.

Moth Evening in St Leonards Gardens

Come and view a moth trapping evening in the restored historic St Leonards Gardens, Maze Hill. The evening will also hopefully include badger activity and a bat watch.
